Welcome to The Cozy Basket Company. By placing an order through our website, social media, or directly with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Product Disclaimer
All baskets are uniquely curated and hand-selected by our designer. Items may vary slightly based on availability, seasonality, and supplier stock. We do our best to match the overall style and value of each basket, but exact items pictured may not always be available.
We reserve the right to make equivalent substitutions when necessary.
2. Custom Orders
Custom basket orders must be approved and confirmed by email or message.
Once customization begins, custom orders are final sale and cannot be changed or refunded.
If specific items are requested by the client, we will do our best to source them; however, availability is not guaranteed.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Prices may change without notice based on product availability, supplier pricing, or seasonal adjustments.
Bulk order pricing will be provided as a custom quote and is valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Orders will not be started or confirmed until payment has been received.
Accepted payment methods may include e-transfer, credit card, or other options listed at checkout.
5. Delivery & Pickup
We currently offer:
Local Calgary delivery (fees vary by location)
Pickup at a pre-arranged location and time
Delivery dates and times are not guaranteed but we do our best to accommodate preferred windows.
If a delivery attempt is made and the recipient is unavailable, additional fees may apply for re-delivery.
6. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, unless the order has already been started.
Custom orders and rush orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
7. Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and the personalized curation of each basket, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is complete.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will review and determine a suitable solution.
8. Allergies & Sensitivities
Some baskets contain food, bath products, candles, or scented items.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the recipient does not have allergies or sensitivities to included items.
The Cozy Basket Company is not responsible for adverse reactions.
9. Alcohol Policy
We do not sell alcohol in our baskets. If a client provides their own bottle for inclusion, it must be delivered to us unopened and compliant with local regulations.
10. Turnaround Time
Standard orders are typically ready within 3–5 business days.
Bulk or custom orders may require 5–10 business days, depending on availability and design requirements.
Rush orders may be available at an additional fee.
11. Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, descriptions, and branding on our website and social media are the property of The Cozy Basket Company and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.
