SHIPPING POLICY

At The Cozy Basket Company, every basket is handcrafted, custom-curated, and prepared with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, delivery timelines, and order processing.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Because each basket is custom-made by our design team, processing times may vary slightly during busy seasons or for larger orders. If there is ever a delay, we will notify you right away.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Local Calgary Delivery: 1–2 business days

We offer local delivery within Calgary for a flat rate based on proximity to the City Center.
You will receive an email or text notification once your basket is on its way.

Pickup Options

At this time, we offer Free local pick-up at our studio. 

During Business hours - Monday to Friday 10am-4pm.

Please let us know 24 hours ahead of pickup time to make sure we have a team member at the studio.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship within Canada.

​

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Cozy Basket Company, every basket is carefully curated, custom-designed, and made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we want to be transparent about what can and cannot be returned.

​

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our gift baskets, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges on any products.

Each basket is hand-selected by our design team and assembled specifically for your order, which means we cannot resell or restock items after they leave our studio.

​

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the damage or incorrect items

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable solution.

Cancellations

To stay on top of our countless orders, cancellations are ONLY accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order will already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

​

Allergy or Item Preferences

If you have specific preferences (scent-free, nut-free, vegan-friendly, etc.), please include them in the notes section at checkout.
While returns aren’t possible for preference-related issues, we always do our best to customize your basket exactly the way you want it.

Corporate Orders

Custom corporate baskets follow the same no-return policy.
For large quantities, we provide a detailed confirmation before production begins to ensure everything is correct.
